I really enjoy how having no townies means the other residents congregate at each others lots, it's when you get to see the fun things like the Beaver Brothers not taking no for an answer!

As to weekly updates, it does have it's benefits, I find I'm more inclined to get out updates out and then be able to get back to playing :D

Yes, I think that even though I've unlocked townies, I'm going to still ban them from residential lots (except home businesses). If my sims really want to meet townies, they can go to a community lot to do so.

Exactly, I was inspired by your example :D I don't want to get bogged down by writing updates, I want to play the Township :)

Billy is adorable! Lone sims are hard to take care up socially, especially since phones aren't unlocked yet.

Tsk, tsk at the Beaver brothers... I don't know if this is going to end well...
