I'd love to hear (and forgive me if I missed this in an earlier entry) about why you decided to write this tale as a trilogy. If you have a moment, which you probably don't, I'm also curious about how (and if) writing this is different than writing the Dancy comics, since those seem to be in something at least loosely resembling a series format.

And I'm sorry that slogging through this novel is making you so miserable. Never good when you have to spend hours every day doing something that you despise...I learned that the hard way at various soulless corporate jobs.
Eek, rereading this comment, I realize it could sound snarky. It's not--I was sincere and might have sounded critical, when that's the last thing I intended; I just couldn't think of a better way to word my questions. This is what happens when I try to be intelligent right after I wake up!
