Back from the cold, cold sea at Beavertail. I'll make a proper entry and post photos tomorrow. It helped a lot. The best therapy I know of that's legal.

I feel one-tenth sane again. I might even be able to write tomorrow.

Water and Waves

Today was the first time in like eight years that I paddled in the rough, slam-dancing ocean. When one can't swim, the ocean is daunting. Huge respect for those hungry waves.

Glad to hear you finally returned to the sea. We needed your cold waves. In South NJ the ocean temp was 77, entirely too warm. Still, being marinated in brine felt lovely.
