Perhaps Bill can note prominently on the Subterranean site that due to content, none of these stories will appear in volume 2 in the best of series. Financial times being what they are, people may be reluctant to pay for the same stories twice, perceiving a double dip where none exists.
An easy misunderstanding to make, and just as easily cleared up. More work for Bill, I'm sure he'll be delighted. Just a Thought.

It occurs to me that potential buyers may hold off ordering Confessions of a Five Chambered Heart, believing that some of the stories may be collected in the Best of volume to be published next year.
The next "best of" won't be out until 2014, and only one or two of these stories might appear in that book. So, if people do indeed think this, they're mistaken.

But it's not a given they won't. The sexually explicit nature of many of them has nothing to do with whether or not they'll be in that volume.

For what it's worth, I ordered my limited edition the day Subterranean announced it. I think it was sometime around December 6th?
