After the true misery of post-insomnia bleariness that was yesterday, last night I managed the impossible - I slept about eight and a half hours. Which means I'm very, very impossibly fucking behind today, but...at least I'm not exhausted, and at least there's a better chance that I'll be functional in the days to come. Stickers!!! YES! I think we should all have stickers to pass around and display the Wonderful that is Dancy Flammarion!

It's a thought. I'm checking prices today.

Maybe DH could be persuaded to have something like that on hand for Stumptown Comics Fest, Portland's Indie comics convention, at the end of the month, too.

Well, I'm sure DH will be pushing the comic there, regardless.

I love the Dancy art piece, and I have the date the comic is released in my calendar. I think this will be the first comic I've bought since college.

That is really the. NEATEST. Illustration! Once again, I cannot wait for the release!

My partner just brought home the new Muppet movie. We haven't watched it yet but I've been a fan of Jack Black for a while now. However, he'll have to go a long way to beat Tim Curry in "Muppet Treasure Island" in my eyes!

Curry was cool, true. But I got very tired of all those gimmicky Muppet films.

I agree about the gimmicky part, although I admit I'll always have a soft spot for Tim Curry ("I'm a sweet transvestite..")
