"But, oh my love, don't forget me..."

Okay, well. So far this morning, I've had my iMac pull some crazy-ass "Colonel Panic" crash on me, while half the goddamn internet was telling me that I needed to call Harlan. "Calm" has not, thus far, been le mot du jour. But I foresee smoother sailing ahead. And, by the way, I have discovered that during computer crises I have learned to channel ( Read more... )

...but I'm so excited that Two Worlds and In Between (the best of you) arrived today. All the way across the Atlantic, and safely into my very happy hands.

The book itself, along with the Crimson Alphabet chapbook, looks gorgeous. Stunning. I wish there was an appopriate superlative, but I really am glad I invested in this.

Considering their promise that the MMO would be "fully voiced" they probably spent an insane amount on actors.

I was in the beta for about 10 minutes before I quit. I wouldn't call the graphics ugly/bad from a technical standpoint, but something is very, very wrong with the visual style.

It did not feel like I was in the world of Star Wars one tiny bit. Felt more like I was in some kind of... tinkertown Disney setting or something. Awful.

Just a couple of things -

1) Belated but very many congratulations on Dark Horse/Alabaster.

2) Two Worlds And In Between #298 arrived yesterday afternoon in Southern California and it's beautiful.
