"As they dwell in darkness, so shall I."

I'm haunted,
By the hallways in this tiny room,
The echos there of me and you,
The voices that are carrying this tune,
Ba da pa pa...

I can smell it, like I can smell the sweet scent of Kudzu on the muggy summer air.

!!!

(Sorry, no words come to my feeble mind but I know the smell and memory just brought it back when I read this line on the illustration.)

I am ridiculously excited! Honestly, I haven't felt like this about a project in years.

Congratulations, the announcement and CBR interview are very cool.

Very much looking forward to reading about Dancy in comic/graphic-novel format. I've been looking for a good read in that format for a while now, something I could get truly excited about and immersed in.

(Also secretly hoping there's at least one cool t-shirt that comes out of this, because I'm a t-shirt nerd, and the artwork in the teasers is fantastic!)

So, if you can tell us, is Wolves the first in a series of mini series? That's kinda what I gathered from the interview. Also, can you tell us if there will be variant covers and a hardcover collection at some point? I've already called my local comic store and made sure they know I want one of *everything* Alabaster.

Do you think there will be a reprinting of the original Alabaster book either by SubPress or as a paperback by another publisher in the near future?

Very impressive and exciting!

2012 could be the year of Dancy!

I hope the Highway 97 story and the original illustrations will be included in your discussions.
