Just saw a guy in the hallway wearing a pickle-colored T-shirt which read, "Pickles are cucumbers soaked in evil." Perhaps.

That would be horror writer Paul Tremblay. He is well known for having a grudge against pickles. I hear they feel likewise toward him.

The AC here has been wonderful.

I may or may not have done an extra lap or three around the grocery store today for exactly that reason...

As always, it was wonderful to see you both--even if it would've been a far nicer weekend if the hotel hadn't been overrun by some sort of Science Fiction convention!
