Of all my nightmares, there is one that is the worst. Even my nightmares of nuclear apocalypse pale by comparison. It came to me this morning, that worst of all my dreams. And now I'm trying to put it away ( Read more... )

The new twist is that the werewolf doesn't turn into a wolf or eat meat. However, in the light of a full moon, it totally glitters.

The Chicory stout is just barely on the shelves. I noticed ours was bottled Nov. 2nd.

Whoops, I should've provided a little more info. Texas AlcoBev Commission requires approvals of each and every beer released in the state and there are archaic labeling standards that cause headaches.

Also - DFH would need to produce a lot more due to the size of the state. Brewers have pulled out not being able to keep up with demand and short changing existing accounts.

Oddly, Theobroma made it out this year in bottle and keg so maybe there's hope.

Last night, I tried Dogfish Head's Chicory Stout, and was truly, truly impressed. And I'm a stout snob.

I don't even vaguely like beer, and I keep trying things by Dogfish Head. It's something about the fact that they reconstruct five-thousand-year-old grave offerings, and think black pepper belongs in mead.

May the nightmare keep off tonight.

That I won't say. I gotta draw the line somewhere.

Yes, "special" nightmares destroy sleep, just what you don't need. They feed on stress. Sending you kinder dreams.

Ouch, "Little Red Riding Hood" being abused by the first Twiblight hack. If "LRRH" is as bad as "Blight" then Little Red and the Big Bad Wolf will probably stand a chance of suing for defamation of character.

As I said, I cannot be anything but skeptical.
