"Not much chance for survival if the Neon Bible is true."

Yeah, I've missed a couple of days.

1. On Sunday, I wrote 1,069 words, and finished the prologue to The Wolf Who Cried Girl. Or, at least I hoped that I had. I had a hot bath, and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. We were having Sonya (sovay) and Geoffrey (readingthedark) over, and Sonya's train arrived at 7:20 p.m. (CaST). I didn't want to go out in the cold, ( Read more... )

#4 accomplished a while back. I'll buy anything you write.

Thank you.

So, I know I'll have at least one reader for that compendium of essays on exobiological parasites that I've been compiling.

Make it two. You're on a short list of authors whose name on a book results in an immediate purchase.

And parasitology is fascinating...

I keep almost hanging out in SL again. I don't know very many people and I'm not good at the whole "talking to people" thing, so it's a very lonely experience for me unless Nineveh's on and not working. But I love the idea of Second Life so much that I keep trying.

I got sucked into Babbage for about a week, due to a neat RP/mystery thing that was happening. The clues are all still there, so if you're bored and feel like venturing into SL you can start with the body in the theater.

I tested at 152, but that was in the 6th grade. I know I'm a lot less intelligent now, so feel free to disregard the things I say anyway.

Glad you liked it. As far as mediums go it's a true bastard's child, stuck between digital and some sort of perversion of physical form. It can degrade even further into digital if need be, with interaction, hyperlinking between pages, flash on each page and storage of data...something undeniably rich if one spent the time on it to realize the possibilities. Gibson's Young Lady's Primer with a savant at the wheel, or just this if it's me at the wheel. Simple tools for simple hands.

Loki's behind it, so you know that's good, but I'm sure Spooky's already filled you in.
I think he has more plans for some of the old Van Creed/ Moriarty bits.
