Mostly cloudy today. Our high was 68F.

I made a halting beginning to "Untitled Psychiatrist No. 6" this morning, for Sirenia Digest. With luck, it will go better tomorrow.

The afternoon's movie was Spielberg's Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008). I very much enjoy the first half hour or so of this film, before it wanders off ( Read more... )

The world has "moved on." Even eBay has become harder and harder to deal with. Thank you Caitlin for being really aware of what is happening. I'm 77 years old and things haven't gotten better. I'm fortunate enough to be financially stabilized. Buying my own house was the best thing I ever did. And the mortgage is paid; I'm glad about that.

I'm not rich; but I'm not really struggling either.
