Sunny today, and if only for that it seemed not so cold. Currently, it's 40˚F.

I actually slept until almost 9 a.m. this morning. That hasn't happened in months. I slept eight whole hours.

Today, I wrote ad copy for Comes a Pale Horse, and then I went back to "Refugees" and added a new scene. Because I couldn't get over the feeling that it had ( Read more... )

Watched a great movie on Netflix last night. An old Denzel Washington piece called Fallen with Donald Sutherland, also the guy who played Tony Soprano was in it and the woman who played his sister and another guy from Treme was in it. Two great songs by the Stones--Time Is On My Side and Sympathy For The Devil. Enjoying Orange Is The New Black, Seasons 5 & 6. Looking forward to your book Comes A Pale Horse and getting ready to put out a book of my own called Heroin's Harbour. Peace.

Hey, hi, uh. I've spent the last week discovering your writing and falling in love with it, and I finished the Drowning Girl yesterday and it gutted me. You write so well.

Naturally this leads to wanting to read as much of your stuff as possible. Do you have any lists anywhere that are comprehensive? Wikipedia shows novels and short story collections, but you've written so much it's hard to be sure if it's complete.

...and then there's the matter of trying to find your rare stuff, like Five of Cups. I'll probably have to bite the bullet and treat myself to an expensive Christmas gift, aha.

Anyways - thank you for reading this, and please keep writing!
