Warm today, but the heat of the past two days has retreated. Currently, it's sunny and 81˚F, though the heat index is only 80˚F.

After sleeping for shit, I had to make a trip to my doctor's this morning to pick up a prescription, then a trip to the pharmacy, and I'll likely get no work done today, except for making notes for The Tindalos Asset,

Oooh yeah, Muscle Milk's chocolate flavor is not at all appetizing. Though I think part of it's due to it being a chocolate flavor in the first place. Protein bars with chocolate I can jive with, but chocolate-flavored protein shakes in general are nasty. I regularly drink a different brand of protein shake, but flavors like vanilla, banana and strawberry are much easier to swallow, in my experience.

I usually stick to the vanilla (or as plain as possible) muscle milk, but use it as an ingrediant in smoothies (the way one would malt, as a thickener) rather than drinking it straight.
