The beauty of being a social media hermit was hearing terms like Tumblr and Instagram without having the previous slightest clue of what they really were, or represented. And then the horror of self-realization sets in....

Very nice to see your post. That heat sounds unbearable. Denver is bad too. But you guys have the humidity. Love hearing you have stories coming soon and a new novel. Thinking of all the social media I'm supposed to use, I was listening to an interview with Werner Herzog a couple of weeks ago and he said that for twenty years he was unaware that The Simpsons was an animated cartoon. It's nice to be able to avoid 'compulsory' popular culture.
