I heard this to the tune of Concrete Blonde's "Still in Hollywood".
For many years I was afraid I was missing out on something, not having a smartphone. I wasn't. It's just another annoying gadget in a life already clogged with annoying gadgets.
I'm starting to think I might get one just because it would be lighter in my pocket. My old phone is like half a brick.

I've assumed that this was a portmanteau of 'tourist' and 'moron'.
However, my brain keeps wanting to make it into an elementary particle. That then leads to pondering the factors that mediate how the touron moves as a particle and a wave, given the real-world observations already made of its habits, and how the touron interacts with the other known elementary particles to build reality as we're aware of it.
We're hitting Boston, New York and Philly in the next two weeks - hopefully we'll drag some nicer Minnesota weather eastward with us!

I believe it is a calculated risk going out amongst the masses, because it's...going out amongst the masses. May you have found refuge in something somewhere getting out of the house together.
