Yeah, so...sorry, no cute squirrels today. I think they've packed there bags and, like sane mammals, headed for Boca Raton. Currently, it's 80˚F in Boca Raton, with a heat index of 83˚F; here, it's 36˚F, and we have a windchill of 33˚F. The sky looks like buttermilk today

I think the album's had me in a sour mood all week.

A disappointing album can be a sad thing. I am honestly not familiar with The Decemberists past the name and have been wanting to ask what you would recommend by them, so thank you for mentioning The Hazards of Love and Picaresque. May I ask instead what aspect about the 221 short stories is hard for you to believe?

a dull album from The Decemberists
Nooooooooo. I've got a copy in hand and have been both too nervous and too unmotivated to listen to it, since listening to the first two singles back in December and only managing an "eh, okay" in response. The nervousness has now become a real sense of glumness.
