Well, it is a whole 60 degrees a few miles to your east here.
Of course, by tomorrow night it will be half that and there might be snow. And here I thought the weather was changeable when I spent a year living in Normandy.
And fucked around on Second Life, rebuilding my av with Mesh.
Mesh has vastly improved Second Life--now people can make proper corsets, skirts that bend when people sit, animal avatars that don't have big conspicuous seams. I saw a really amazing black Pegasus avatar a couple months ago--it moved beautifully, it looked like a real horse with wings. Zooby sells a really amazing cat avatar--and I'm not talking furry, I'm talking real cat.
Sweet Jesus, isn't it nice that shit is melting? Ya know, I have dealt with Southern bullshit my whole life because I hate winter. Like, real winter. I can deal with normal semi-South winter with a few inches of snow here and there, melted swiftly by mostly reasonable temperatures. This shit this year is unreasonable. We reached 70ish today. It's supposed to snow tomorrow. This is not unusual for Louisville. We can generally expect intermittent snow until early May, but this year? Now? After this shit? No. I just want 70s. And progress from there. No blow back. I actually broke my winter coat this year. It is broken. No more.

"Bitter, unseen beings."
That's a haunting phrase. Story title?

That is a lovely evocation.
Stale Hell, lest I be remiss
I see Hell is starting to capsize. That can't be good.
