4,000 Entries Later

I made my first entry to LiveJournal on April 15th, 2004. We lived in Atlanta at the time, at the Kirkwood Lofts. The LJ was meant only as a mirror for my journal at Blogger. But after August 31, 2005, I stopped updating at Blogger. And here we are, all these years and millions of words later, at #4,000 ( Read more... )

But I took photos, behind the cut (below). They're at least as good as Warhol's.

I especially like the thermo-hydrograph and the light between lines of brick.

But I'm going to push on, at least until April 15th, which will mark the tenth anniversary of the LJ.

That's a lot of entries. I'm glad to have your voice still here.

I'll appreciate as many entries as you care to make. Facebook is ok for what it is, but I've never been a fan of quick and casual.

I'm also not a great fan of Warhol, but was pleased by some of the ones you posted - the thermo-hydrograph, the dog bar and Great Dane. Apparently he also had an eye for true things when he decided to use it. A welcome surprise.
