Don't envy you on right-to-buy, it's a ticklish issue all round.
I am STILL writing the effing essay on the history of planning gain (due between 9am & 5pm Tuesday; I have no time off in between) and I really want to kill things. alextiefling says my not-even-full-written essay is the 3rd most boring thing he's ever had to read - and this is one of the more interesting topics!

Given I'll be doing out conveyancing *that* shouldn't take too long; the timeline is going to be more dictated by the seller I suspect.We'll see - we've got just udner 2 months to be out, so that's the longstop.
