I feel (mildly?) bad that I haven't updated my remaining WIP fanfics like I promised I would. They're all Harry Potter works but my heart and muse are really not in with that fandom anymore, as much as I love the books. I didn't realise it was going to be so hard to continue things while moving on to something else, as well as being

Please don't add to the never finished WIP's out there. They annoy me so much, there is already too much unfinished lumione out there.

I really hope I finish too! I hate not finishing stories and this is no different.

I think I'll try to finish the WIPs, even if it takes some time. :)

You bring up something very poignant, IMO. I've been tempted to publish some fanfic, but I'm afraid of starting something big and not finishing it. I've been part of Jane Austen fandom and wrote an unfinished story there. I followed loads of Harry Potter-fics some years back and wanted to write my own

Mmm...it's difficult to keep on writing fanfics as there's no real committement there apart from one's own determination to see the end of a story.

You know, I couldn't understand how people could move on to other fandoms when I was busy in the Harry Potter one, but then, I watched all the Robin Hood series and became avidly drawn into it. I'm still fairly shocked that my love (maybe more of an obsession!) for the HP fandom faded so quickly and quietly while I was caught up staring after Guy.

Still, I feel annoyed with myself for being yet another fanfic writer who can't seem to finish their stories, so I'm determined to see those last project through, even if it takes years!
