It's dark. You may be eaten by a...

One thing is for certain, and that is that it's dark. Wherever Some is, it's small (about the size of a small walk-in closet) and dark. Not a shred of light illuminates this small space at the moment. Some might also take note that he still can't seem to teleport anywhere.

No light's a good thing, and Some can see just fine, but there's nothing good to see.

[grey_matter]

No, there really isn't. It's just a cell with a cot and a toilet that pulls out of the wall. Grey pretty much dumped him there to wake up while he wandered off to recover a little from his encounter with a certain psychic overlord. Some can, undoubtably, hear the incessant beeping of a PIN being texted somewhere in that almost equally dark lab.

Currently, however, there's also the sound of footsteps approaching just outside the lab, if Some can hear them. And the sound of the door to the lab opening.

Someone's here to see you, Some.

Some finally stops pounding when he hears the door out there, the side of his fist raw from hours of it. "Grey? Grey, I can hear you, you bastard!"

[grey_matter]

And he can hear you, Some. He laughs softly as he slips into the room with the cells, one of which contains a very irate Grue. "Of course you can. You have excellent hearing don't you, Some?"

[grey_matter]

Some has been granted a day to recover from his ordeal. He had everything he truly needed in there... a toilet, a cot, and (unmentioned previously) a small fountain built into the wall.

Today Grey opens his cell, one hand clutching a gurney that he's pulling along with him.

But even with those things, Some hasn't moved from where Grey left him, one arm still wrapped around his midriff. He's even left the IV in. When Grey opens the door, Some squints at him, and faintly scowls.

"G'way. I'm trying to heal here."

[grey_matter]

Grey grins at him. "I did leave you alone for day!" So nice of him, wasn't it? He moves into the cell, pulling the gurney partway in before leaving it to try and fetch Some. And he's being careful this time. His arm is stitched up all nice now.

[grue_some]

Some's in no shape to fight him at all, letting himself be shifted from the low bed to the higher gurney. "Careful... Gngh." Both arms around his stomach now, as if he could press the wound closed. "Going to cut me up again?"
