Thats a good thought that I hadn't had - that change can happen to the good again.
PS. Did you see what Keith Olbermann had to say about Prop 8. It made me very weepy, in a good way.

Oh noes! I totally missed your b-day, possibly because I'm a bad person? How about we blame the jetlag instead? What? It's totally possible to still have jet lag 2 weeks later.

In brighter news, Obama announced his chief-of-staff. I need know nothing about him beyond the fact that at one point in time he nearly became a BALLET DANCER.

It doesn't hurt that he's pretty good looking as well. Now I just get to picture little boy him in a black leotard:) Cute!

It is TOTALLY possible to have two-week jetlag when your mind is still occupied by pyramids and Sphinxes and crocodiles and handsome gay Egyptian boys.

Emmanuel is SO HOT. I suddenly have this image of America being run by a gang of hotties. Smart intellectual hotties. Like the West Wing but EVEN MORE SO AND REAL *glees*

In New Zealand November falls 9 months after the long hot sleepy holidays in February. :D :D
