I don't know if this is good or bad news. I had a big anxiety day yesterday evening, but rather than getting all het-up about it I kind of relaxed about it a bit and it more-or-less passed. It's distressing in the sense that I keep thinking I'm all over that, and then there's kind of a stealth attack. By ninja worries. And evil warlock bad-self-

We have Mr Whippy too. I recently found out that whatever that whipped ice cream is, it ain't vegetarian, so gawd knows what they make it out of...

Oh my god, I actually got it wrong. It's worse than that, it's "often LICKED, never beaten". LOL.
