I do love their relationship, how they yell, and yell, and yell, but underneath there's that spark of them actually liking each other. They're a lot of fun to write, and I'm glad you think I did them justice. :)

I love that this story is about Nicola, and her not giving up and being a fighter, even though she's exhausted and somewhat humiliated. The fact that she does not give up despite everything is why I adore her so. I love how Malcolm only appears in only the beginning and last scene of fic, but has a looming presence throughout regardless. And I love immensely the way you write Nicola and Malcolm and their relationship. That rooftop scene is utterly amazing. Oh, and I freaking love the deer head bit, too for being so funny and awkward.
And I think the grand master-plan that you've given Malcolm and your take on the election is fantastic. I really hope series four does something similar.

Anyway. Thank you for the lovely comment! I'm really happy you liked this.

Does Number 10 have a flat roof? I've just noticed that i've never looked.

(I don't know, actually! I assumed they'd have separate party headquarters from Number 10, so they're just in some random crappy office building.)

This is brilliant! I love it. And I've adopted it as my new head canon now until series 4 starts. Oh, Malcolm, you cunning schemer. Of course he'd have a plan, even in the face of a catastrophic election and beyond.

Thank you so much! I feel like Malcolm would definitely have some sort of Cunning Plan in the event of a loss. I'm excited to see what the show actually does with that.
