Two pieces of good news. They rescued the idjit juvenile cooper's hawk who got her butt stuck in the rotunda of the Library of Congress for a week. And the starlings they used to lure her down to be captured weren't injured. For someone who's totally in denial about The Circle of Life (when *I* rule the world, I'll redesign it better than that
