This is the perfect fic to start Big Bang off. A wonderful, fun casefic with an original baddie. Pitch-perfect voices for both brothers, and a gen fic with just enough wincesterly innuendo to be canon.

I could definitely see this story being one of the stand alone, fun episodes of season 7, it would have slotted right into place.

My favorite scene was the baseball one :)

I like how carefully you plotted the case, and the stream-of-consciousness ramblings were great fun :) I also liked how you had the boys really being brotherly.

The baseball scene was written the night before I posted the story, just to get rid of a long, boring conversation in a hotel room with no action. (Hmm, maybe time to reconsider my gen vs slash stance.) My favorite line is also in that scene, where Sam wants to yell profanities, but there are little kids all around, so all he can think to say is "I know where you live!" Makes me giggle.

This was a beautiful portrayal of Sam and Dean's relationship and it was h i l a r i o u s to boot, which is exactly what made it beautiful, tbh. Genuinely entertaining casefic, too, which is probably one of my favourite things that can come out of spn fic. Thanks for sharing :D

This whole story was simply made of AWESOME. I laughed 'til I cried at points and I can't get the whole Sam scene with the stuffed cat out of my head (I can totally see his Bad Day at Black Rock mannerisms at work when trying to piece it back together) especially when Jon tells Dean what the sick 'demon' did to it. Classic.

I love the way that you wove in the brotherly love/devotion without it being too over-done and the style you used in writing the whole story really helped the humour of it. The abundance of wit and easy-flowing humour made this a rich and satisfying story that now makes me want to go to Pittsburgh and hear how they speak.

The fact that it was a really good case fic along with all of that just makes this a perfect story.

Congratulations, you've set a high bar for the rest of the entries. ^_^
