that food sounds amazing. when one eats crummy salad for weeks in a row, it's rather easy to forget that people actually cook to create wonderful food.

in fact it is more than a trace of guilt, a deep throbbing of
i am empty for so and so, a home is made here in my heart for him/her
but i am filled
the hole is filled no matter how lovingly with another so
then it is not truly filled.
nor can they be truly full of you if part of your mind/soul/heart lies with another.

I missed this.

In my experience, part of me is always with another: It is the nature of giving one's heart freely and receiving openly. On the other hand, I am mindful to be fully present in each moment to all things that are real for me, and immediate presence is pretty real.

If I share my internal experience with the person I'm with, they're full of so-much-more than the limited 'I' me.
