We can watch movies together, and since he's a writer, he can help me with my homework (totally logical). He can take Alexanders room, Alex can sleep on the sofa or something.

I am willing to discuss meetinghours, but I suggest Damian can have him during the days (when I'm in school) and every other weekend.
