В своих старых материалах с подготовки к нью-йоркскому бар экзамену читаю:
"The classic license cases:1. the ticket cases, 2. neighbors talking by the fence-nothing good comes when neighbors are talking by the fence."

New York was two days, first day New YOrk essays plus New York civil procedure multiple choice and MPT, second day-multiple choice MBE. And then you provide MPRE score before or after the exam to be admitted.
Washington-3-day exam. Two days essays (9 each day), third day-Washingtion professional responsibility (unlike majority of states, they do not accept MPRE score). No MBE.
