PBP - "It is a bee-yoo-tee-ful day here in sunny New Dunsmuir on Beaumonde and we are gathered together in the Adelai Niska Sports Complex to report on the Free Style Fucking event. There's a lot of fine talent out there getting ready to get it on and - who knows? - maybe take home a gold medal."

The warm ups are looking quite interesting, I must say. We've got some new competitors, some old, and the fight for the gold this year will be feirce.

Just entering the stadium now are last year's champions, River Tam and Jayne Cobb. Miss Tam is a promising up-and-comer, and even more so with long time pro Cobb as her partner. As everyone remembers, last year they were the talk of the whole event, stealing golds in the Missionary and Oral pre-events and then causing the massive judging scandal when the judges were simply too stunned by Tam's flexibility to actually remember to score them during the event.

This year, the judges will give an initial impression score, then watch the tape back later to give a technical score. Considering Tam's spry efficiency and Cobb's experience, I'd say they are most definitely the couple to watch.

They do have some stiff, and I do mean stiff, competition from the Core World team composed of Yolanda Saffron-Bridges of Bellerophon and her new partner, the mighty cocksman who goes by the name of "Badger". Badger, as you may or may not know, is originally from Dyton Colony, and boy do they grow 'em big there. He's not as large as Cobb, of course, but Saffron-Bridges says "it's not the size that counts, but the motion of the ocean". Dyton Colony is almost all water, so I expect Badger's got more than a few tricks up his sleeve when it comes to the technical aspects of rhythm and stamina...
