I had a weird happening early this morning. This very odd noise woke me up. It was like an animal, or a person, screeching or crying out. It wasn't a sound I'd ever heard before.
Then, shortly after, I realized, I thought I felt something brush past my foot at the end of the bed. Pulled my foot back pretty damn fast, and then switched on the light

I'm pretty sure I was awake. Not a hundred percent sure, since I was still sleepy.
