Water, yes. Ibuprofen, yes. Mom gave me a little neckrub. I think the ibuprofen is slowly kicking in, but I might go try the cool cloth.

Relaxing bubble bath and lightly scented candles. Usually helps.

The bath helped...I'd need to actually buy some relaxing candles, cause most of the ones around our house range from smelling slightly odd to way-too-fruity.
