Tori, you continue to amaze me to no end, sweetie - these are BEYOND fantastic, and quite honestly some of the most beautifully composed icons I've ever seen. Your texture use and originality has sky-rocketed to an expert level that alot of people can't touch (myself, included!) and I'm so flippin' proud.. and I don't know why! *LOL* <3 The sophisticated simplicity of some of these are just ridiculous and your eye to detail is enviable. Everyone must know your name, srsly. Now I just wish I knew more people online so I could yell louder ;)

Aw hun! You are too sweet! Honestly, seeing this comment just sort of made me giddy. :) I am NOT at all on an expert level! We all start off where we all are (and uhem- I'm pretty sure your icons still kick mine in the ass. I miss your Luck20in20 entries.) No joke, I watched HGTV whenever I made my icons so a lot of the inspiration came from watching people redecorate homes and such. LOL! ♥ Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saying all these nice things, truly appreciated.

your use of colors is brilliant!
#1 has a stunning cropping, love it so much!
the idea of both neg space and complex icons is great!
love #6, #8, and #10 asdfghjkl
the complex ones are ALL perfect, especially #14, which is my very fav icon!
the ac set is pretty as well, and I especially love #19!

Aw, thank you so much (I totally appreciate the heck out of specific comments like yours!) #1 was my first icon I made for this set and for most of the set making time I had it sitting as an alternative till it came time to make the last (the one missing B&W icon) so I sort of threw it in there. LOL! /lifestory

AW ! #6 and 19 are my absolutely favorites from this set. I had so much fun making them both (6 took forever! as I was trying to find a text that seemed 'old hollywood' but was a bit more modern. Seriously sat on my computer going through EVERY font I have. I felt like such a dork when I got to Splurge and realized it was my most recent download. I need to start off with new texts from now on.)

Aw, again thank you so much for the awesome comment. You rule!

you are very welcome, hun!
I just admire your talent *-*

Do you use "solid" colors or gradients?
But these are stunning, really! :) And so you! ♥

OMG YES! We need more pretty shoots like this and without bad watermarks *sigh*.

Yes! I hope you'll post more challenges like this! :D

Uh both, and sometimes I use actual images (like flowers, candy, gems) to get that color I might want. And I'm working on the next round themes, so hopefully there is something there for you and everyone else to like.

Amazing! ♥
You really do amaze me more and more! Everything about your work is simply incredible from your cropping to your use of solid colouring. I don't see anything like this anywhere.
Your work is simple yet wonderfully creative.
I love each and every icon, you make it impossible to pick a favourite.
I wish I could do even just a fraction of what you do.
