You can never completely outgrow Pokemon! Especially this gen, since this is from the time when we were still much younger and it is, in my opinion(and many people I talk to), the best gen in the series. Nostalgia plus good plot is ALWAYS a good thing.

Thanks! I put the name of the artist on it, but I still feel guilty because I wasn't able to ask permission. If they find it and get mad I will take it down.

That pic of the Arcobaleno is epic. The girl one with the orange pacifier, Luche, is she Uni's mother? And of course, Lal was supposed to be one, too. She got shrunk but isn't one of them since Colonello took her place. The last page of the chapter was nice too. We see everyone's box animals. Looks like Yamamoto has a doggie. That really suits him. Sena's looks like a baby lion.

Cute icon, as usual!

Welcome to my boring journal! I doubt we will ever hear of any controversy regarding pokeballs or the fact that the entire game is built around fantasy cockfighting. After all, this is a world where ten-year olds are allowed to wander around the world with no thought of danger. It really is a surreal universe. But I love, have since I first picked up Blue Version. I think there will be some nice enhancements to look forward to.

Awesome! Too bad the need for it is almost nil, considering all the GS pokes can be caught in stadium/XD, including Ho-oh and Lugia. Admittedly, Gold was my favorite pokemon game. The improvements over Red/Blue were huge, you got to explore two regions, and breeding, it was the perfect sequel. Ruby/Sapphire disappointed me with a lot of the stuff they took out, like the time of day and backwards compatibility, and several hundred pokemon (including ditto). Diamond and Pearl, I was expecting a little more, but once I got into the game, it REALLY grew on me...

In a way I want to see they're going to do with it. If they add more worthwhile features and upgrades, I might have to get it, but if it's just another 4th gen game, I'll probably pass.

You have to keep in mind that not everybody has Stadium or even a Nintendo Wii. Besides, it's not just about catching 'em all. The gameplay of GS was really fun. I love that they were the only games where you actually earned more than 8 badges. I look forward to the remake with enthusiasm.
