Yeah...Rose is kind of a bad-ass now that she's had 4 years on her own. ;)

I don't think I've ever seen another fic quite like this (in a good way!), and I'm looking forward to the next chapter!

Your Jimmy absolutely fascinates me. I can't say I love him, because he is seriously fucked-up, but man, does he fascinate me. You've really put a lot of work into developing his character in this story compared to RDW and it shows.
I think I had the same reaction as Rose did when Jimmy killed ... well, Jimmy. My jaw fell open and I reread the paragraphs a few times, just to make sure I read what I thought I'd read. Never saw that coming. But it was definitely a powerful moment.
My favorite lines of the chapter came right after that, though ...
"Does this count as a murder or a suicide?"
Oh, Owen, Owen, Owen ... how I despise you yet love your snarkiness, all at the same time.
I'm just worried about the fact that you have no qualms about shooting yourself in the head."
Just awesome dialogue. I need an "I'm not worthy" icon. :)
Can't wait for Chapter 3!

Yay!! Thanks!!! I was so worried that it wouldn't work.

Jimmy's always had depth. But RDW wasn't about him. He's definitely got a bigger part to play here.
Oh, Owen, Owen, Owen ... how I despise you yet love your snarkiness, all at the same time.
Well, if anyone was gonna ask, it would be Owen. *nods*
Can't wait for Chapter 3!
Should be up tomorrow.
Thanks!

*Clears throat and looks embarrassed*
Y'know Mark Paul Gauselaar? Think of a hipper-looking version of the way he looked in NYPD Blue.
*sigh* I'm so nerdy.
