The YA fantasy, Inkheart, by Cornelia Funke. The book is amazing and the movie, coming out in the spring, sounds fantastic too. (It stars Brendan Fraser, Helen Mirren and Paul Bettany.)

Is that the first book in the series? I have to add that to my list.

Yes, Inkheart is the first book, Inkspell is book two and book three is out this year sometime I think.

I just got Specials today and it seems like Extras is a full book, but it's not a continuation of Tally as the main character.
