This verse is so great! Honestly I'm not fond of baby fic either, but I trusted you to do it right and you have. Now I just need to see what happens.

Also: Finally, she was going to meet this little pest in her womb and give it the motherly glare she’d been practicing in the mirror every morning. Bless this line.

I just liked making Annabeth as blase about having a baby as possible. Even with pregnancy hormones, I can't see her being a sap. She's excited in her own Annabethy way.
