...is some non-Stiles/Derek fic, Teen Wolf fandom. Particularly some Allison-centric fic and/or Scott/Allison.

I should, perhaps, take my own advice and write it myself but for some reason this show is REALLY HARD to write for, ughhhh

I don't understand this pairing beyond "fandom's two favorite characters."

It's pretty much the same old "witty, geeky white boy/stoic mean white boy" slash pairing that populates almost all TV fandoms ever. I mentioned it in one of my reaction posts, but Stiles/Derek reminds me a hell of a lot of McKay/Sheppard from Stargate Atlantis. Also possibly Merlin/Arthur.

It's definitely a "witty, geeky white boy/stoic mean white boy" slash pairing. And I'm not gonna lie I ship it probably because it reminds me of a few other fandoms (except this may be one of the few where the actors are aware of it and accept it).

However I have noticed that few other ships make the fic boat and it kinda sucks cause I read an Issac/Erica (don't ask, I don't know) fic in heartbeat.I'd even read Scott/Allison if people got over their irrational hatered of Scott and the need to make Allison less than awesome.

I ship pretty much everyone but Stiles/Derek with this show and there's such fodder for all sorts of pairings, but Stiles/Derek gets like 98 percent of fandom's attention and it makes me all sorts of sad. Trying to troll through AO3 for Scott/Allison fic is pretty much impossible because there's page of stuff tagged with Scott/Allison, but only like six fics together that actuall focus on them instead of them being a sideshow pairing for Derek/Stiles.
