Can anyone link to some recent AU fests or AU challenges from fandom at large? I'm thinking about starting an AU fest for Percy Jackson, but the only one I have experience in is team_sga's fest and that format seems a little too complex for me (aka I'd have to pay attention and stuff). I was wondering what other models are out there

Personally, I'd love to see a comment_fic thing for that. Basically, people just post a comment with "fandom, character/pairing, prompt" and those folks inspired by the concept just comment with either a comment drabble or a link to the longer fic at their journals. Nice and simple. Not too messy, I don't think.

That might end up being the way I go with. AUs can just take so long to write, I just didn't know if a typical prompt battle/comment fic would be beneficial for writers and artists.

I will say that as long as it's not in June, I'll be more than happy to help where I can if you need it~ It sounds interesting, however it gets worked out :D
