Reading his commentary on the series is hilarious, first of all, but it also just reminds me how much I love those books. Every chapter he goes through takes me back to when I first started the series (which, holy fuck, was eleven years ago when i was ten, i am so old) and

FOR ME IT WAS THE "i know right tears forever/CEDRIC WAS A HUFFLEPUFF/why am I laughing" bit that completely did me in. I'm actually rereading it and my stomach hurts from heaving laughing.

It totally reminds me of the time I finished reading it before my one friend, and we both knew that someone died, but I finished first and knew it was Cedric and told him it was Hermione and he totally called me and left me the most horrible message on my answering machine in front of my parents. IT WAS AWESOME.

Anything with him and Kaspar AIMing back and forth is instantly hilarity. Like the most recent chapter they did of OotP; I was dying all over the place.

LOL I love it when people's over-the-top reactions to spoilers. Mind you, I probably would've done the same thing.

I LOVE MARK SO MUCH OH MY GOD. I have like a list of things I can't wait for him to get to because he's just going to flip the hell out and it's so wonderful.

And man, I keep thinking that I need a Neville icon, but the Neville icon I want is of him making Nagini his bitch, and DH isn't out yet. 8(

I am perversely excited for him to get to the chapter when Sirius dies because IT WILL DESTROY HIM LIKE IT DESTROYED US ALL. I need to go get my copy of OotP because I can't remember half the shit that happens in that book aside from Umbridge and CAPSLOCK HARRY.

Oh good, glad I'm not the only one. Also Remus's death. And Fred's. And he is going to cry like a baby during the forest scene. And probably during Dumbledore's backstory, too.

Well they go to the Department of Mysteries, which is going to be fun because when he was reading Goblet of Fire and met Croaker and Bode at the World Cup, he was going on about how cool the DoM sounds and how it has to be featured later because it's too cool not to be. And I was like lol.

Deathly Hallows is just going to be amazing for him to read, period. I will not be surprised if he loses it every couple of chapters, considering I was in tears throughout most of the damn book (ffffuuuu hedwig for starting it off). AND THE EPILOGUE WILL BE BRILLIANT.

When he was reading CoS, I was so excited for him to get to HBP so he could bask in the awesome of JKR's plotting and foreshadowing.

ZOMG THIS IS AMAZING. I think this guy may be the most Livejournal-ly human being I have ever read. You know what I mean? The penchant for italicizing and capitalizing random words or phrases for emphasis, the stream of consciousness writing style, and the general ZOMG/WHATISTHISIDON'TEVEN way EVERYTHING comes across.

IT IS GLORIOUS.
