Okay, so, for some reason my sparkly text generator is broken, so I'm just going to make this really big to compensate.

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG.

/breathe

I. You. What. I can't even. Omg. I don't even know where to start. This is, like, 10x more epic that I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED.

UM. LINES. Lesse. Sometimes Luke is so farsighted, he can't see the truth that's right in front of him. THIS. YES, THIS. And your Luke in general. Just. omg. Of course he would still wind up giving Olympus the middle finger, even after helping to save it. He never got the chance to be mortal, normal, not growing up with his crazy mother, so in order to have that, he'd have to quit everything else cold turkey, oh, Luke, that was an assy thing to do, but don't ever change.

Annabeth’s idea of flirting with boys largely consists of insulting their intelligence and then kicking their butts around the training arena, which makes the Aphrodite cabin just sigh and shake their heads with pity while Thalia beams with pride. AND THIS. Like, THIS. Man, if there's ( ... )

This - this comment is EPIC. And I like literally want to marry SO MUCH RIGHT NOW SRSLY YOU HAVE NO IDEA. Because it is awesome and it makes me grin like a fucking loon every time I read it. XD

I'm so so so glad you liked it because I was getting kind of worried halfway through that it wouldn't be anything like what you wanted and that I was just rambling for the sake of rambling. BUT YAY SO GLAD YOU LIKED IT. ♥ ♥ ♥

And thank you for giving me the leeway to go ahead and write this AU because it probably would've sat gathering dust in a corner of my hard drive otherwise. :)

As comments go, this is proportionally epic to the piece itself, and as you probably know, that says a LOT.

LOL at the ending-- way to tie that back to their first meeting in the books! You've got Annabeth's voice down so well, too. Do continue-- I want to see where this is going.

It will most likely continue; it was hard getting the characters to shut up! ;) Thanks for reading!

Please~ tell me there is more.

And since Thalia was the prophecy kid, Percy never got to know who he was which in turn protected him, right? Or is her completely mortal?

I loved this more then I should love a fic, xD
It was really~ good.

Thank you! I'm working on the sequel, so there will be more... lot more considering I had a hard time getting the characters to shut up for this fic.

And yes, Percy was protected by not being aware of who he is, among other reasons to be explained.

WOW!

THAT WAS SO GOOD!

I LOVE ALL YOU FANFICS!

I DIED WHEN PERCY CAME OUT OF THE LOCKER! THIS WAS SO GOOD AND AMAZING!

I love how you gave a realistic approach on what would've happened if Thalia was alive. You should become an author. No joke. Your writing style is amazing.

My favourite part was when Annabeth says "I think you’ve got drool on your chin, by the way. You might want to wipe that off.” It's so reminiscent of what she said to him in the first book. "You drool when you sleep". You draw the best parallels.

Thank you! The drool bit was one of my favorite parts to write as well. ;) I'm glad you enjoyed it!
