Oh, good holy shit. This is Blaise as he is in my head, exactly Blaise in the darkest corners of his own head [never mind mine]. The rhyming was a superb touch - I see Draco with the OCD counting, but could never.quite figure Blaise [who can?] with anything more than nervous habits. The rhyming gives him the edge of childishness, the 'does he really know what he's doing' kind of thing when he does. Mmm, this is perfect. Simply that, and nothing more. Excellent. *adds to memories for later savouring*
