I dug out the Weight Watchers pointsfinder slide that Skip and/or Ellen gave me a while ago and have started recording how many points the food I eat add up to. I believe I've consumed approximately 23 points today, and I remember that I'm supposed to eat between 18 and 22 points per day according to my weight.
