"I'm sort of between classes right now. I have one internship in physical fitness training, and some hand-eye coordination research...and...er...and someone here I worked with at the clinic has a small holistic practice he'd like to have an assistant for. He's pretty darned talented."

Another sigh. She might be a nurse, but the office she works at is Western way or the highway.
"No, Mom. He does this blend of traditional medicine and Eastern medicine, with some dietary and herbal stuff worked in. It's pretty cool."
And it works on the crazy, crazy stuff the world just got infected with.
