Elphaba doesn't think much about Kisa except that she's very important to Hiro. This makes Elphaba keep a bit of an eye on her, simply because for reason unknown to herself, she's fond of Hiro and thus invested in helping the people he cares about. If she knew about Kisa's social history, she'd definitely be able to sympathize. As it stands now - she considers Kisa to be a shy girl who needs looking after if she's going to survive camp. Since she seems to have many people who are protective of her, Elphaba's not too worried.
Okay, Obi-Wan made Elphaba feel guilty because she hurt him in the tournament. And so she snapped at him, because she was angry that he would put himself in a situation where she might end up hurting him and then feel guilty. Because that makes so much sense. In truth, she's not mad at him at all, but she was trying to cover up how bothered she was by being at fault for someone else's injuries. She is skeptical about his power now, though, because he told her he could handle it and... well... didn't. ^^; This did help her concentrate more on gaining better control of her power - something she's been trying to do since arriving at camp. She doesn't know much about him otherwise - although they really should have that talk over tea.
I don't think she's ever met Neji, and she's only met Ino once. ^^ She only talked with Urahara a couple of times, but she didn't trust him. She's still slightly awed at the way Tsunade healed her after her fight with Stan.
Elphaba thinks Alex is a nuisance. He talks too much and too loudly, and often about ridiculous things. So, after a few first encounters, she decided that avoiding him would be the best way to deal with him. That doesn't really work when he gets in her face, however, and then she tries to go by the laws of civility but sometimes her irritation gets the better of her, and she ends up snapping at him. She doesn't think he's very intelligent, as he can't seem to fix it in his mind that she's green. However, she doesn't hold anything against him besides irritation because she doesn't think he's trying to piss her off or insult her - more that he just doesn't realize how he's acting. She sort of considers him a misbehaving child, and treats him as such. ....It is true, however, that she took a small amount of satisfaction from seeing Ninetales beat him up while he was a Pokemon. ♥
