.....

This makes me very sad....just when I was thinking of getting back into it to. I suppose they want "character development:

*clings back*

I'm not so sure if it's character development as it is giving Chuck and Sarah's relationship yet more screen time. Personally, I just find "will-they-or-won't-they" relationships rather boring when the writers start recycling old stories (i.e. other love interests) and so Casey was always a breath of fresh air. I'm sure he still will be, it's just that he took an absolute beating in this episode.

They're still on the will-they-or-won't-they track? I mean they've been circling along that aspect like vultures for like...forever.

And you are right he was. I mean I may not know what happens but I'm sure all wiill be right with the world in the end for him.

Also I may be working on a fic/drabble that may be posted soon. And it starts with an e and involves robots and boys with pretty wings.

At the end of last season, it looked like Chuck and Sarah would choose each other, but at the start of this season it was quickly established that they were definitely still circling around each other.

I hope so. I mean the way they ended it, it didn't sound like anything for Casey will be okay for awhile. I just hope I'll be able to survive more circling time.

EEE!!! I can't wait!

Totally agreed on Sarah/Chuck. ugh, how many more seasons they are going to dwell in this so called oh-so-impossible love? pff every other character or story is much more interesting than Chuck/Sarah relationship.

I didn't have a problem with Chuck/Sarah in the first or second season because the show was still developing as was their relationship, so it was okay for me that they had other love interests and what not. And I probably would have been okay with their relationship still being on the fritzes now if they'd used something besides other love interests. Now, we just spend every episode going over and over how much they love each other but can't be together.

Personally, I was hoping that this episode would mean more screen time for other characters, but I guess not. Even though it was about Casey, the focus was still all about Chuck and Sarah.

Word! I totally agree, while I like Sarah and Chuck together, I don't live for them and really like Team Bartowski as it was originally presented, a threesome of bad-assery.

(I just hope they aren't going to kill Casey off or something lame like that. There are some weird titles to the upcoming episodes. One in particular called Chuck vs. The tooth and then Chuck vs. The living dead and Chuck vs. the American Hero (this one in particular mentions something about a death) so I am never sure what they're going to do. I'm hoping he'll end up back as our beloved Colonel some how, and, all will be well. Now, if only he and Ellie could get together somehow......

I loved the original Team Bartowski. They just fit so well together, supplying for each other's weaknesses and becoming each other's strengths. I worry that that's going to fall apart now that Chuck and Sarah no longer have Casey to catch them when they fall. I mean, while Chuck and Sarah are cute and clearly in love with one another, they don't work well together.

That's my next big concern that they'll kill Casey off. And even that wouldn't be as bad as what they did to him this episode. I mean, the love of his life doesn't recognize him, he has a kid, and he's stripped of his rank and dismissed. Our boy took such a beating. I'm hoping that by the end of this season he does something so heroic that he gets his rank back and becomes a spy again, after a lot of grovelling on the government's part. If Ellie and Awesome continue to have problems, that could be a possibility. Gah! Where has my happy!Chuck gone to?

"If" he is killed off, I will never watch again. But, AB will land a new role, of that I'm certain and I'd love to see him star in his own show. Summer Glau and he could rock the tv screen if they were together. Sigh....I'm such a shipper nerd. Seriously, read some of the Chuck spoilers and future episode titles and it kind of makes me nervous. You don't see as much of AB promoting Chuck anymore so, I wonder if he knows something his fans don't and is moving on. Pure speculation on my part and I hope it isn't so. :)

I won't watch either. Unless he has a marvellous send-off, Chuck will end at Season Two for me and I think I'd be okay with that. Now that I think of it, all of the commercials I've seen for this season have been focused on only Chuck and Sarah... okay, worried now.

Adam Baldwin would rock as the star of his own show. I mean, he's constantly stealing the spotlight in his supporting and guest roles, imagine what he could do with a major role. And if Summer Glau were to be on that same show and play his love interest... I wouldn't be complaining. ;D

Ha, but did you see last night?? Casey's back! I've never been so happy (well, okay, I have, but never so happy about Chuck!)

Sadly, I missed that one due to a silly family dinner, but I am so loving the fact that Casey blackmailed the government into giving him his old job back. There is a reason he is my favourite character and it is for reasons just like this. ;)

You must watch it on Hulu - it was great! And not only did Casey blackmail himself back into his job, he blackmailed Beckman into giving Morgan a job, too! I have a feeling that before the season is out, all of Chuck's family will know - although the previews for the next arc show Ellie beaning Casey over the head with a frying pan!

You have to give Casey points for creativity. No better way to get back at Beckman for being fired than to make her hire Morgan.

Really? Ellie does THAT to Casey? LOL - I bet that has an interesting story.
