“Do you dare try your luck at hooking a zombie duck??” The ‘Ghost’ in charge of the stall challenges us. “A zombie duck?!” repeats Rani in surprise. “Yes, a zombie duck! 20 Ghoul masks to be won! Plus, a curse on the head of your enemy!!” We try fruitlessly to stifle our giggles. “I’ll have a go!” I volunteer. I like the idea of hordes of zombie ducks, all terrorising the river! No goose is safe! Lock up your Goslings! I fail to hook a ‘Duck of Death’ with my fishing rod, but the memory keeps us laughing all night.
