Oh I love this. I love that Katherine says Aye it is a really nice detail, and I love this idea of everyone bringing her up. It is a really cute, and bittersweet story, I can't wait for the mini-sequel.

So far I haven't really expressed it exactly, but, yeah, as of the situation post-AWE and made AU, the kid's raised by EVERYONE: Teague, Cotton, Gibbs, Pintel & Ragetti, Marty, Jack, Barbossa, Murtogg & Mullroy (remember they joined at the end?), Singapore pirates, Elizabeth herself--one big, piraticaly family. (Norrington's rolling around slightly in his grave. ^^;)

Oh, dang, I have to specify under the "view userpics" link...I didn't even make the icon; snagged it from someone on deviantart, and I don't even remember who. >_<;

But more importantly...you like Avatar too? (YAY!) Zuko, I LOVE Zuko, and Iroh, I love them both. (I have this crazy POTC/Avatar plotbunny rolling around in my head...and more of a fusion than a crossover....)

Zuko is love. omg. I luuuuuuuuuve Zuko. hes my fave. For some reason I have this thing with guys that have some sort of facial disfigurment. O.o Like Zuko and half his head being burnt, Dilandau (from Escalfowne) and his long scar down his face, Joaquin Pheonix and his lip thing...Muraki (from another anime) and his glass eye.. I think he was born without an eye or soemthin.

Anyway yeah :) woo!

Oh, uh, POTC/Avatar crossovers definitely have the potential for comedy...but the idea I have mind's more of a general genre. There's a rough draft of this prologue here in the journal, a couple links below; if you click on the potc tag here, you could find it tagged there....
