There is also another light source - small explosions keep going off in air, like very flamey miniature fireworks. But rather than going out or dispersing, the flames warp and twist

Wow. [Jealous!] I don't think we have any witches or wizards back home. Just the odd person with an interesting ability.

Depends on the person. [She shrugs slightly.] I think I was supposed to be helping you with your ability.

[Sorry, George. She doesn't waste a lot of time when it comes to pyrokinesis and...well, occasionally showing off.]

[George can sense her wanting to show off. It's something that hits him quite often. He gives her a grin and tosses her a box of matches from his pocket.]

[She catches them and looks them over, one eyebrow raising slightly as she takes one from the box. She doesn't even strike it in the side of the container to light it. Just...looks at it and it hisses to life. She blows it out, a half smile on her face.]

How does your ability work? What do you have to do? Need a source first or...? [Is it like hers?]

It has to be already lit, yeah. Fred's been starting them this weekend.

Gotcha. Okay. I can help with that. [And there is another lit match in her hand, held a bit away from herself.]

Not sure if you're going to find this as amusing as I did, but even though I don't need a source, I still have a lighter. It's back in my room and it's shaped like a fire extinguisher. For whatever reason, I had to have it.

[George leans back a little and crosses his arms, grinning. He's ready for a show.]

[He's still setting off small explosions behind him. He likes the noise, okay.]

Not hardly. I was double-checking. [Mild sarcasm from Charlie, Fred. Don't mind her. And yes, those noises are pretty neat.]

[Sarcasm's the language of the realm, love. Makes her fit right along.]
