I found it a couple months ago on a site where someone had changed "Beauty" to "God" and I struggled with it for a long time because I adored the poem and I'm kind of a stickler for keeping things as original as possible, but as an atheist I wanted to cut that line out. I finally looked it up on her site (duh!) and found the original version.
Agreed, changing someone's poem is horrible. D: Idk why the person couldn't have written a poem about God themselves - for themselves if they were so religious.
Anyway, thanks for sharing. :) I'm not a fan of those inspirational-type books she writes, but this poem had a couple of lines that really struck me:
I want to know what you ache for
and
and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments. (So many people don't, unfortunately.)
